Here at Fairydust, we like to have F.U.N! We involve our suppliers and showcase our wedding planning services. Take a look at our video featuring bridal showcases from Cloisters in Bolton in June 2025, where you can see our amazing wedding exhibitors.

Our fees for 2026 are £75 PER STAND. This includes 1 x 6ft table, electric (if required), linen tablecloth, 2 chairs, space for any signage, and a listing on this website. Click HERE to see previous bridal showcases and suppliers.
We also engage with our brides-to-be via email and contact them before the event. We have a WhatsApp group for wedding exhibitors where we can make those all-important contacts and collaborate on wedding planning services. After the event is complete, you also get a list of all brides who attended to follow up with! (They must have consented to share their details).
We promote extensively across social media, local press, wedding magazines, email newsletters, and digital advertising to highlight our bridal showcases and attract wedding exhibitors, ensuring excellent visitor attendance for those seeking wedding planning services.

Setup for the bridal showcases usually begins around 8:30 am, with doors opening to the public at 11:00 am. Events typically run until 3:00 pm, followed by pack down. We respectfully ask ALL VENDORS, including wedding exhibitors, not to start putting away your stands before 2:45, as this does not create the right impression for arrivals in the final hour of our wedding planning services show.

At Fairydust, we are excited to provide TWO free slots for bridal showcases at EACH of our events. To qualify for a free slot, one MUST participate in a catwalk, which is a fantastic opportunity to connect with wedding exhibitors and explore various wedding planning services.

We are excited to offer up to 2 FREE slots for hair and makeup at our bridal showcases when we feature a bridal catwalk, as you will be expected to prepare the models and demonstrate your work! If we do NOT have a catwalk, we also provide 1 free slot per service, making it a great opportunity for wedding exhibitors to showcase their talents alongside our wedding planning services.
